As good as ever

This is my 3rd 3 series touring but my first x Drive. This car surpasses all my previous, ones performance is excellent and the x drive makes for fantastic handling. The car has been 100% reliable with no issues to report apart from the fuel consumption which is nothing like quoted, but is acceptable for where I live and the type of driving I do.
Driving is good with a selection of options from comfort eco to out and out performance.
The cabin is well sorted in the usual BMW fashion an all controls come to hand readily. Being the touring version luggage capacity is excellent and the rear seats allow for passengers to be carried as well as plenty of load space available.
The only gripe I now have is that BMW are no longer producing this model in a petrol manual version, why they are pushing diesel and autos in a so called 'Drivers Car' I cannot understand
