Great performance, poor quality

I purchased this car in October 2017. At that time, it had only covered 13,000 miles. It was the 5 door Sportback model and had a host of factory fitted extras, BOSE Sound System with subwoofer and 10 speakers, heated front seats, QUATTRO Styling kit including red brake calipers, rear roof spoiler and upgraded 18 inch alloys. The car was in pristine condition and looks fantastic in the 'Sepang Blue' colour. After over a year and a half of ownership, the car has suffered a number of reliability and quality problems, including, DAB radio failing, electric windows sticking shut, knocking noises from rear shock absorbers, rear wheel bearings needing replaced after only 22,000 miles, interior trim quality problems, grinding noises from behind the steering wheel and I have to have the tracking checked every couple of months - and its ALWAYS needs rectifying! AUDI have tried several times to ascertain and repair the noises from the rear shock absorbers, but the problem persists. I was told that trim quality issues, which have included bits falling off and working their way loose, was 'to be expected of a car of this nature), incredible excuse! Wheel bearings shouldn't fail after 22,000 miles, and the tracking should not need adjusting every two months. The performance of this wee car is amazing, it corners and handles well thanks to the QUATTRO system, pulls hard through every gear, (especially in DYNAMIC mode), the BOSE Sound is excellent and heated seats are great in the colder months. Overall though, disappointed in the poor reliability and poor quality of the car.
