Jeep announces new sportier Grand Cherokee

The Jeep Grand Cherokee range has gained a new, more sportily styled model called the S-Line. It boasts muscular styling like that of the high-performance V8 powered SRT but with a more frugal diesel engine. It’s priced at £44,595.

There is carbon fibre trim detail in the cabin along with leather upholstery, and racing style pedals. Externally the styling has been given a more muscular and aggressive look, along with 20 inch black alloy wheels.

Standard equipment includes a four-wheel drive system, air suspension, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, a power tailgate and a powerful audio system with 19 speakers. Power comes from a 3.0-litre V6 CRD diesel which produces 240PS.
