This is pointing more towards a wiring or connetor fault, check there is no water or corossion on the sensor connector or problem could be the wiring between the sensor & ECU. This sensor iks usually located on the engine bulkhead with rubber pipes which then connect to metal pipes & bolt to either end of the DPF, these would have been disturbed when the DPF was cleaned. The metal pipes may have been left loose or the rubber pipes split.
