Jaguar XK8 and XKR - Headlights - Dogman

I have recently bought a 2005 XKR. One of the headlights has signs that water has entered and others I viewed had condensation in the headlights so it seems to be a common problem. Does anyone know of a way to clean them out please?

You need to remove them dry them out then reseal all the joints and make sure the seal where the light bulb fits is intact or do what most people do in that is live with the problem.
