Toyota Previa - Vibration on Turning One Way - PPN

My Previa experiences vibration, possibly grinding, on turning right. It is at the front on the near side and much more obvious to the front passenger than to the driver. It occurs with even a slight movement of the wheel to the right, and not at all when straight or turning left, and it seems to be related to wheel (not engine) speed. It feels a bit like something rubbing the wheel, but I cannot find any evidence of that.

Can anyone suggest what might be the cause and what action I should take?

Thanks.

You could have an 'out of round' tyre on that side due to ply seperation, reacting to the increased load on it when turning the opposite way.

Stone trapped between brake disk and brake shield?

Lift the offending corner clear on a jack and give the wheel a spin, is it a bit rough?
A damaged wheel bearing can give noise when turning in one direction as the conical bearing loads up differently with direction, and may be a bit graunchy under no load. It will be a definite grumble, not to be confused with a bit of brake pad drag.
