Is it illegal if i do car trading at my home add ? - craig1108
Hello, i am planning to set up a motor trading LTD at my home address, I do not know where i should start ? Do i need to register my home address as a company ? And then apply for a motor trade license or either get a motor trade insurance ? Could anyone tell me what i should do first?

May I suggest you go and talk to Trading Standards, or Citizen's Advice, or visit www.direct.gov.uk/en/index.htm and seek the information there.
