97 1.4i Engine revs up & down between 900 & 2000 - timber
The problem I am experiencing on my Honda is a "hunting" of the engine revs. oscillating between 900 and 2000RPM as soon as engine has reached operating temp. I have changed the MAP sensor to no avail - the same symptoms exactly occur!

The car was parked up for three months and was working perfectly prior to SORN!!

Any advice would be much appreciated?
