Hi! I just bought a 1995 compact 316i and have already had a couple of problems.
1st the sump was cracked, which I found out is quite a common problem because they are made of relatively soft aluminium. That's fixed, but now I've noticed that the power is really uneven. I can feel little surges and dips in power when accelerating hard. Air flow sensor maybe?
Anyone have any thoughts?
