extreme drink-drive case thread - Dynamic Dave
Given that the drink-drive case is either in the process of going to court, or started, then there is a possibility that discussing this matter on any public bulletin board could hold the author in contempt of court. What started out as a quite innocent question by the author, it has now expanded and his personal opinions have been expressed about the person as well. If and when the details are made public as to who the *alleged* drink driver is, then these opinions could be viewed as libellous and defamatory depending on the outcome of the court hearing.

So for the sake of both the original author of the thread, and well as the HJ website, I've decided to remove the whole discussion. Sorry to those people who contributed to what started out as an innocent question.
