How to clean diesel leak from driveway - willisbmw
Could anyone recommend a product that will clean some patches of diesel that have leaked onto my block-pave drive from my car - I have seen the following product but dont know if this is any good on block-paving.

I've used hot water mixed with a few squirts of washing up liquid, assisted by a scrub with a stiff brush and that has always worked for me in the past.

I successfully used a solution of washing powder in hot water. It took two goes but the second time worked OK. I've no doubt (but no proof) that soda crystals in hot water would be eminently suitable.

Try cat litter. Every time my brother comes to visit in his Land Rover he leaves oil stains on my block paving and I remove the stains by sprinkling cat litter over them, then I grind it in with my shoes and sweep up the powder residue ,it always works.
