M25 Chertsey in the morning - mss1tw
Does anyone do this stretch of M25 at about 8.30am?

I need to get to the A3, but I'm sick and tired of that nasty little single carriage way road leading up to it from Byfleet. I'm wondering if filtering up the M25 through the traffic (On bike) would be quicker than illegally filtering up the other road (double white lines).

As you know I live round Byfleet, I dont use the M25 at that time of the morning because its a disaster area.

Where are you tryin to get to and from? bike? I assume you mean Motorbike?

Getting from Addlestone to Guildford.

Thinking about it, there is another way to the A3 through Weybridge, brings you out at the lights before the roundabout...that's probably worth trying too.

have you looked at the west byfleet /pyrford/ send / west of ripley route to the a3?

thats the one I take

From Addlestone, upto New Haw, through W B yfleet, down Lower Pyrford Road, out towards Ripley or Send, Fill up at SHell at BUrnt Common, one of the cheapest around and join the A3 down at Send.
Alternative down to The Otter, out via Fairoaks, Cobham, Gordon boys school, then A320 straight down to Guildford, it really depends which part of Guildford you need to get to
Addlestone- weybridge on the train straight to Guildford probably cheap than parking fees??
AVOID GETTING ON THE A3 AT PAINSHILL DURING SCHOOL TERM TIME- NIGHTMARE

I work at Surrey Uni, so I literally come straight off the A3 and i'm at work.
