Corsa Diesel Buzz - T.G.Webb
My 3 yr old Corsa 1.7 diesel has given me good service over the last 40000 miles and still works fine, it's basic but I appreciate that there's a minimum of things to go wrong. However over the last 9 months or so it has developed an irritating buzz (for lack of a better word) which comes in over the engine noise at cruising speed. Someone said that it could be a resonance of the clutch cable. Is this a known fault of the model?

Try lifting the clutch pedal with your foot when the noise is there.
