the weirdest thing ever?? - ladas are slow
when i was in the whitley bay branch of SAFEWAY, i saw the strangest thing, 'try before you buy' on toilet roll, i dread to think about it.

I have a photograph, taken in Wales, of a largeish sticker aggressively plastered on a car window. It reads:-

PRIVATE CAR PARK

STRICTLY NO PARKING

In the Rift Valley of Ethiopia some years ago was a rather long road bridge spanning a section of the ravine. A battered sign warned 'THE BRIDGE IS MOVING. DRIVE WITH CARE.' Hmmmmm....

There seems to be a common thread on a gantry sign on the entry to Dublin Airport from the Belfast Road which, as |I recall, shows a list reading:

Mortuary
Way Out
Long Stay Parking
