Sounds a good idea. Think about it, if we get a 1/2 decent railway, people might, like, use it. Leaving the roads clearer for those of you who like driving.
Rather have car money pay for railways than MPs

i would never use buses though, as they always seem to go around each street of a massive housing estate, so a journey to newcastle that takes 20 minutes by car, takes 1 hour by bus.
