I've had a bit of a squeak for some time from the front of the engine. Today, after a long run, the fan(s) continued for a bit after I'd switched off, and I realised the noise was still there, so I now know the cause.

Is it

i) something I should worry about or

ii) something that a quick squirt of WD40 in the right place would cure, if so, where?

I think they are sealed motors which I doubt WD40 will help.I may be wrong.some do squeak probably dry bearings usually do that on slowdown of fan could last for many years like that.
