Agree with you Dave. Data protection act may be being breached by the the website in fact, for publishing Chris W's details without his permission.

All the information given out by this site is public knowledge already, ie telephone No, electoral role details.
I don't think this breaks Data Protection Act as anyone can go and get this information if you know where to look

Ah, but. Electoral roll, telephone directory etc. all have permission to publish. My name, address, phone number, and no doubt the name(s) of my cohabitees are "public knowledge" in that way too, but my insurance company would be breaking the law if they published the details I gave them on a website.
