Just bought an Ibiza GTI, has no book pack. Wanted to know if the timing belt has been done as the car is a 98R with 72k. Do seat have a central servicing database like VW do? Also where could I get a note of what should be done at each service I would guess the haynes manual for the car.

Can you contact the previous owner, to see if they know about the cambelt change? No idea about the database, but a call to your local Seat dealer would probably provide the answer.
