Perhaps the dealer that supplied the lights could e-mail you the required instructions from their use of the system. On most modern cars ,the bumpers are just plastic covers and are very often very easy to remove,once a few clips and screws are undone. I would also suggest you buy some new trim clips for the plastic wheel arch liners ,you are bound to break a few. They are not cheap from Honda.

Thanks- That's an idea about using the supplying dealer, assuming they also use that system- Yes I know about the plastic wheel arch clips from the last 07 Honda Civic, easy to break those (spray them with WD40 first is a good scheme) the Accord just has the wheel arch liners secured with the plastic rivet/snap fasteners- I had the front off and back on three times on the Civic changing the headlamps and replacing smashed foglights.

The Accord front assembly is a bit more than a cover- it's held on by about 20 -25 screws and plastic trim rivets and carries the grille, fogs, headlamp washers, parking sensors etc, hence me being a bit cautious and looking for a bit of info before I do the job.

Buy a complete set or replacement fasteners on ebay BEFORE you start dirt cheap. Then disassemble with impunity...
