Do you have a link please? My old neighbour had a Marina that he looked after religiously - its the only one that had a fighting chance of living this long!!!

"drives like new" is not necessarily good news. Maybe it was a bit of a dog when it was new!
The "remarkable condition" could easilly be the fact that it still has a floor!
Where they're really letting themselves down is admitting that they sold it in the first place.
