Car looks good its on sensible wheels and you've got the right service history which is excellent if you can find the right buyer.
However a quick browse on Trader tells me you are asking retail showroom money for a private sale, with no SOG act or worthless warranty included as would be the case buying from a trader, so you need an exceptional car, personally i would have wanted leather (and auto but i'm an older MB man at heart) to make a silky smooth cruiser.
Apart from that few people will have access to £7k without invoking finance.
Few things you could have included, in the pic you have a Conti tyre, 4 all round with good tread? say so including the tread depths.
Wheels in perfect unblemished condition? say so...though i can see what appears to be several bead nicks on close up, you're asking a high price the car has to be top condition.
Mileage good, but from your ad someone could envisage a slightly warm only 6 mile trip every day in which case the it would have needed more frequent oil services...no not officially but your mature buyer (someone like me) thinks very differently.
Previous MOT's in folder to confirm mileage, yes the buyer can check online but far better to have them at point of sale, all goes to make the car kosher for the careful probably mature private buyer (or pampered wife) who is your target market...lets be honest you don't want a lowered Civic packed with the usual suspects turning up do you.
Stamps in service book, did every service mentioned include an oil change with full sythetic oil? say so and name the dealer, plus mention if you have receipts to prove, you can't beat a folder stuffed with receipts.
Brakes been serviced correctly, new pads/discs fitted, brake fluid replaced? say so, and any other major maintenance items.
Only my opinion as a private buyer, i will and do pay over the odds for the right used car, but it must have been maintained and pampered over and above the usual ex lease or company car fodder.
