I'd have to say it does look a little suspicious. No Volvo branding on the page in the link, and it's harvesting email addresses too. Even if it's a marketing agency working for Volvo, I would be cautious about giving my email address,
Having had two Volvo V60s over the past 6 years, I have some feedback on Volvo products which I'm happy to share publicly:
1) It would have been wise to test the EGR valves and coolers on the new VEA diesel motors properly before launching the engine to the public, rather than getting customers to do it for you. It would have cost a LOT less in the long run, and would have been better for customer goodwill.
2) Get an affordable petrol-electric PHEV into the vehicle range quickly, instead of a diesel PHEV. Then Volvo could compete again in the 3-series / Passat user-chooser market.
