Hyundai Getz 1.1 - Relays - from main dealer or independants? - Matt@

Hi, I've got a query on buying electrical relays. My wifes Hyundai Getz needs a rad fan relay - is this main dealer only or can I buy them elsewhere? I've always been led to believe they are dealer only but wondering if I have this correct.

If available cheaper elsewhere, has anyone got a link?

The relay you need may be car specific and not available in the aftermarket.So may possibly be main dealer part only. How much is it from hi-and-dry ?If you check the part number on the top/side of the relay .you may be able to cross reference the part to another maker.

My local independent garage gets (pun) parts from the local dealership cheaply and fits them. Ditto for Skoda.
