Hi please help when I press the start button the car starts fine but the starter motor continues to spin for about 3-5 seconds after doesn't sound very good any idea if it's the starter needs replacing or something else

The starter is switched electronically,so I would suggest you get the battery tested.The engine may turn over ok,but you need a good voltage to turn the system off.
