Is there anything similar to a Ford Fiesta with higher seating position?

"I have been very pleased with my Ford Fiesta 1.25 which is now almost 6 years old. I'm thinking of replacing it soon but would like a car with a more upright seating position. Is there anything that compares favourably? I only drive about 5000 miles a year, most of which is locally."
Suzuki Ignis, KIA Venga, Hyundai ix20, Ford B-Max, Renault Twingo, Smart ForFour.

What's causing the brake discs to warp on my Suzuki Ignis?

"Last year I bought a 2003 Suzuki Ignis, which was supplied with new brake discs. Six months later the car started to judder under braking and I took it back to the garage, who told me the discs were warped. Obviously, I had them replaced, but now the problem has happened again after just four months. What’s causing this problem? Could it be down to the fact I’m not fitting genuine Suzuki parts?"
If you live in a hilly area and habitually sit on the brakes after braking at the bottom of the hills then that could warp the discs. Otherwise, probably right that it's the poor quality of the discs themselves or that they have not been put on cleanly enough.

Looking for a budget 4x4

"I'm looking to replace my Ford Focus with something that I can comfortably use on a bumpy and muddy tracks in all weathers. I only have £3500 to spent and was considering the Skoda Octavia Scout, do you have any suggestions?"
Small: a Daihatsu Terios or FIAT Panda 4x4 or Suzuki Ignis 4x4. Bigger, a Honda HRV if you can find a good one. Don't recommend a Rover 'StreetWise'.

Does the 2003-on Suzuki Ignis have a chain cam engine like the earlier model?

"The Suzuki Ignis 1.3 engine pre-2003 was a chain cam I believe - do you know if the facelifted 1.3-litre model from 2003 is also chain cam?"
As far as I know it's the same basically Toyota Yaris chain cam engine.
