When selling a car, do you have to disclose all issues?

I'm selling a car privately, but a couple of the tyres have a slight air leak near the rims and need topping up with air about once week. Do I have to disclose this?

You might as well. It's a minor issue (probably curable by getting the tyres re-sealed against the rims). It isn't a dealbreaker, but, if you don't get it fixed, disclosing the minor fault will avert any problems later on.
