What's the problem with DSG gearboxes?
I saw your comments about the Volkswagen DSG gearbox in the Daily Telegraph. What is the problem with the DSG? I have had the Tiptronic in an Audi A4 quattro and now the DSG in a Skoda Yeti with much pleasure and no problems.

The DSG to specifically avoid is the DQ200 twin dry clutch 7-speed fitted to smaller engines from 1.0 litre to 1.8 litre. The DQ250 twin wet clutch 6-speed fitted to 2.0 litre transverse engines, while not perfect, is far more reliable.
