My new car has a leaky roof - does the dealer have to refund the purchase price?

I bought a brand new car in March this year. When it rained, the water leaked into the car. I sent it to the dealer to fix it, but it's not been successful and it still lets water in. What can I do? Should I reject the car and ask for refund or ask for a new car?

The dealer has to fix it or buy the car back from you at its current market value. He doesn't have to refund the purchase price.
