Is it worth replacing my 1992 Renault Clio's timing belt?

The timing has belt has broken on my 1992 Renault Clio RL which has over 117,000 miles on it. Without this problem what life was left in the engine? If it were to be repaired what other problems might this cause? How much life extension would it have? It has six months' MOT and seven months' tax left. I drive about 6000 miles a year.

I don't know if this engine is non-interference or not. If not, it simply needs a new timing belt. If it is interference, then the engine and the car are effectively scrap.
