Which 185-60-14 tyres for my Sylva kit car?

Hi, I'm looking for good 185-60-14 tyres to get my Sylva kit car back on the road. I have a number of parameters, but progressiveness is about top, followed by wet weather performance. Any ideas of good brands please? It is quite difficult to source these tyres.
