My 2003 BMW E46 318ci has come up with five Vanos fault codes - please help.

After having a misfire problem on my 2003 BMW 318ci E46, which turned out to be a crack in the coil pack rubber, I fitted new coil packs with new plugs, which sorted the misfire. Now I'm still getting both engine management lights coming up. I got it put on a scanner at a friend's garage and it has come up with five fault codes: 2867 - Vanos Overload. 2783 - Air flow meter hot film. 285A - Vanos monitoring actuator. 2865 - Variable valve drive limp mode. 2854 - Vanos sensor signal impossible. I really will set fire to this car soon, please help.
