What should I use to get vomit stains out of my car upholstery?

My son vomited on the interior plastic door and dashboard, he then aimed for the window which was open, and managed to get the interior door, inside the window and the external of the car. Unfortunately I was on a road where I couldn't stop, so it started to dry. I have cleaned and scrubbed all areas, however 24 hours after the event there are white marks on the plastic and leather seats and the fabric around the door frame. How to I get the white marks out of the upholstery?

I used to find that Simoniz car upholstery cleaner was the best. It even got congealed black engine oil out of some velour seats.
