Should I trade in my 2015 Ford Focus 1.0 for a 2015 Peugeot 308 1.2?

I have a nine month old baby and currently have a manual petrol 2015 Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost. I'm thinking of trading it in for an automatic petrol 2015 Peugeot 308 Allure 1.2 130 for bigger boot and improved spec. Is this a good engine? Is the EAT6 a good automatic gearbox?
