Is £4000 a fair price for a high mileage 2008 Honda Civic?

I'm looking at getting a 2008 Honda Civic 1.8 i-VTEC. It's showroom condition; one owner and full service history for £4000. It will come with 6 months warranty from the garage. It has 99,000 miles on the clock, is this high for this kind of car?

High miles, but a strong engine if properly maintained with regular oil changes. I don't think it's worth quite £4000 with those miles, though. Offer £3,250 and settle for £3,500 - £3,600.
