How can Carwow offer discounts though main dealers?

I'm thinking of buying a new car this year. How is it that a company, like Carwow, can offer cars with a discount through main dealers?

By having them compete with each other to offer the best discount. Basically brokers work by channelling volume through specific dealers. The more volume the dealer sells, the cheaper he gets the cars from the manufacturer and that's where the discounts come from.
