Can I upgrade my Ford C-Max headlight bulbs to Xenon?

I have a 2014 Ford C-Max and want to upgrade my headlight bulbs to xenon, is it just a simple switch over with new bulbs?

Definitely not because that would be illegal. By EC law, Xenon lights have to automatically adjust beam height for load and standard headlights are not automatically self adjusting. You can get brighter lights, but they can dazzle and they can create enough heat to melt headlight lenses, reflectors and wiring, or fuse the lights.
