Why isn't wishbone replacement on my Citroen C6 covered by the warranty?
My Citroen C6 is just over three years old, owned from new with 58,000 miles and always serviced at a Citroen dealer. I took out Citroen's extended warranty. At a recent service the Citroen dealer informed me that the wishbone bushes were worn. They only come attached to complete wishbones. The total cost to replace is £660. There is no contribution from warranty or manufacturer. Is this reasonable?

It would cost more in labour to extract the old bushes and fit new ones than it does to fit entire new wishbones.
