Renault Clio roof leak

I have just bought a Renault Clio (2004 model) and discovered a drip of water coming from the roof. It appears to be coming from the interior light - between sunroof and window mounted rear view mirror. Is this a fault with the drainage pipes or is it the rubber seals on window or sunroof?

Probably due to the drainpipes from the sunroof frame down to the road being blocked with debris.
