New car is missing optional extras - should I let the dealer retrofit?

I recently ordered a new SEAT Mii from local dealer, selecting various optional extras including the Convenience Pack. Inconveniently, this was not fitted by the factory and the dealer is crying "misbuild" and wishes to rectify the omission by fitting the parts in house. Is this a good idea or should I insist on what I ordered - a factory fresh car, to the original and agreed specification?

If the bits can be retrofitted then no reason why not. But the whole pack has to be fitted and has to work. Make that plain to the dealer.
