Honda CR-V vs Toyota RAV4 - which is best?

I am considering buying a Honda CR-V manual petrol 4WD or a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 4WD. I do not do enough mileage for a diesel (around 12,000 miles per year) and want to buy a car that will keep me for 10 years. I have only briefly driven the cars and like the obvious power boost of the Rav4. Over 10 years which would be the better bet in terms of cost and reliability?

I'd get the RAV-4 hybrid, remembering there's a bit difference in price between the 2WD and 4WD. The Honda CR-V 2.0iVTEC just doesn't have enough grunt.
