Need a practical first car
I am looking to buy my first car. Have been driving now for 12 years or so, mostly a works van, (Ford Transit) and never owned a car of my own. I am a self-employed freelance chef, and would need something reasonably roomy to transport equipment and food. I like the Nissan Note, is this a good car?

The Note isn't very good, particularly with the standard 1.2 engine but also with the 1.2DiGS. Even though the Honda Jazz 1.3iVTEC is slow, is the best of this type of car. On the other hand, the less practical and less versatile Mazda 2 is a much nicer car to drive.
