What's the towing limit of the Fiat Panda 4x4?

My step-son is considering buying a new Fiat Panda Cross. Would it be suitable to be fitted with a tow-bar to tow a small sheep transporter?

The trailer would probably only be required to transport a maximum of six sheep. If this car is not suitable, are there any other small 4x4 he should look at?

On and off road test here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/fiat/fiat-panda-cr.../ It can tow. Towing weight: 800kg braked (TwinAir); 900kg braked (Multijet); 400kg non-braked (both).
