Focus EcoBoost or SEAT Leon TSI - which is best?

My dilemma is a choice of second family car, between a Ford Focus EcoBoost 1.0 125 Zetec or SEAT Leon 1.2 TSI. It would be either new or under 1 year old. Ignoring the price (they are very similar), can you put anything between these cars? Use would be around town and occasional 15 mile rural commute, no more than 10k miles pa. Keeping the car for 6years +.

The pre-facelift Focus 1.0 EcoBoost 125 had clutch and DMF problems thought to be due to duff clutch slave cylinders. Haven't heard of this since on the facelift cars. The less powerful but 4 cylinder Leon is a good looking car, but has inferior suspension to the Focus and there have been a couple of reports of electrical failures.
