Need a used and reliable estate car for £15k

I have £15,000 to spend and need a hard working, spacious estate car. I work as a taxi driver and the car will be used for work and must have a good sized boot and be reliable. What do you suggest I buy?

The W212 E220 CDI on 16-inch wheels is the private hire driver's choice and the S212 E220 CDI is the station wagon of the same car. But for reliability as a taxi you might do better with a Toyota Prius Plus. Not the world's best looking car, but one of the world's more reliable ones with low running cost and minimum repair bills.
