Problems with a used car I bought - What can I do?

I bought a Hyundai Terracan from a local dealer recently. I had the car checked out at a local garage and have been told that the dual mass flywheel is starting to go.

I took it back to the dealer I bought it from and they have said that they will do the fly wheel and clutch under the three month warranty they sold the car with. Since then they've had my car for weeks and done nothing. How long can they keep my car?
