New car problems - can I demand a replacement?

I purchased a new Mercedes A200d a few weeks ago. Within three days I had to take it back through problems with the lights. Have now returned it again only to be told there is a problem with the wiring in the car. Am I within my rights to insist that they take the car back and replace it with another?
