Does the Mazda 3 have a problem with its DSC system?
My Mazda 3 has done 20,650 miles and the DSC light has come on. The car is three years six months old, and after looking at the all the same problems with other cars, this has to be a major problem with faulty units. Has anyone had any luck with hearing from Mazda about the problem? This is a safety fault with the car and, by looking at the cost of replacement, a rip-off.

Mazda cannot not be aware of the problem. Talk to your dealer and find out what sort of contribution towards the cost they are prepared to make. If nothing at all, then don't go to Mazda for the repair. Go to: ecutesting.com/vw_golf_touran_abs_pump_module.html (I know you don't have a Touran, but the ABS/ECU module is the same).
