Is the Nissan Qashqai any good in the snow?

My Land Rover Freelander will go up and down our steep, potholed lane in four-inches of snow, with standard road tyres and with no problem. Will the Nissan Qashqai be able to do this, with four-wheel drive?

What trade-in value should I expect for a 2010 Ford Mondeo with an automatic gearbox and 31,000 miles?

Not as good as a Freelander. The 4WD system is not as sophisticated. For the Mondeo trade in, check: www.honestjohn.co.uk/used-prices/
