Can I reject a car due to clutch failure?
I bought a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander from a main dealer 14 months ago. Since then it has needed two clutches and a gearbox. The clutch failure is caused by crankshaft oil seal failing and contaminating clutch. The last time it happened in Feb 2014 I asked to return the car.
The dealer tried to help, but the offer was an insult. Now the oil seal has failed again! Number three clutch on the way, do I have any right of return after all this time?

No, of course not, but you can demand a permanent repair. The car is now more than 4 years old. Which engine is this. Is it the 2.2 litre PSA engine or the 2.3 litre Mitsubishi engine.
