My used car stinks of smoke - can I return it?

I bought a used Honda Civic (2013) a few days ago from a Honda dealer. I was told it was a non-smoker's car, but since getting it home I've noticed it smells of smoke. What's the best thing to do? Request they pay for a valet? Reject it and drive it back?
